Ed Rendell?

Governor Rendell of Pennsylvania, along with other governors in states such as MI, ME, HI, NM, SD and WA, are planning new taxes to cover state budget shortfalls.  One area that the desire to tax is services provided, including; Clown Entertainment.     

If you know very much about me, you know that I am an ardent tax opponent, but I for one am strongly behind this tax.     

Any tax, fine or fee that punishes that Clown in Harrisburg Ed Rendell, more than it does the average Pennsylvanian, is a tax that I can get behind.
